Why people can't be seen in the guild list sometimes

The cap is 500 characters. After that we can add as many as we like but they might not show up in the guild list...
Should we do some cleaning house of people who haven't logged on in months and were lower ranks?

I would and send them an in
I would and send them an in game mail to let them know that if they come back and want to still be part of N.O. to let someone know and we can reinvite. You can remove my low lvl paladin as well since I don't play him.
Good idea
I think Moo's suggestion is a good one. Maybe make a list to post in "Members Only" of the characters that were expunged so that if any do come back and want an invite, we can refer to it easily and get them back in.
I also think it would be a good idea for those of us that have multiple alts to remove any low-level ones that we aren't playing regularly. I know I have a few I can take out until I actually do decide to play them again, and I'm sure others do too. I can definitely log in and kick a few of mine out later.
Yeah I can do this too
There's at least two or three alts I can remove, maybe more. Will do this later when I get home.
Maybe anyone who hasn't
Maybe anyone who hasn't logged in over the last year gets kicked?
I would think more along the
I would think more along the lines of a couple months personal.
Just kick Tranq
That'll bring us down to 250.
Too late...
Tranq left of his own accord last night during the raid.
?
????
I did some trimming
Spent a bit of time organizing and gkicking and archiving, etc. Keeping mains in archive kicking their low level alts, kicking prospects who hadn't logged on in 3 months, etc.
We're down to 460 characters on 157 accounts. 30 of those accounts are archived which gives us 127 accounts at prospect level or higher who have played the game within the past month.
