I went with an old standby of mine from other games in the past. Since the legacy goes across all your characters of that faction on that server i had to pick a somewhat generic one. So I chose:

When I asked in guild, everyone said I should make "Mom Voice" my Legacy name. There was no way I was doing that, lol. But I looked up a translation for "mom voice" in Irish (since you guys get the mom voice when my Irish gets the better of me) and "guth mam" was the result. :P

I took the last name Chaos. I liked the idea of having the name for all my characters, as chaos has nothing to do with light or dark, but instead... INSANITY!
It's a throwback to my real-life nickname, as well as a nod to a novel I'm working on. I actually typed it in just to see if there was some chance in hell it hadn't been taken yet (think it was a couple days before official launch) and was astonished to get it.
(And yes, I just changed my name, because I really don't envision myself heading back to WoW anytime soon.)

I've used ' Stag's Blood ' as my Legacy name. Stag's Blood is a SCA award from the Kingdom of the Outlands...Outlands was the first 'kingdom' where I participated in the Medieval society. It is a award of prowness on the battlefield...I thought it fitting
They are implementing a system where you'll be able to change yours, at first with GM assistance, and then later for a fee. But for right now, be careful when you pick that name.
i told my wife to come up with one and walked away from the pc came back and she picked Gallo our last name lol. but funny side it means Rooster in spanish (im Italian) or the more laughable translation is Cock (ya know rooster)
Mine is pretty lame. Went with "Menethil". At first, I just thought it would be cool to pay homage to the lich king. However, I now have his entire family. Arthas (Lich King), Lianne (Mother), Terenas (Father), and Calia (Sister) Menethil as playable characters. No accents. Pretty awesome if I say so myself. lol
