What's the most fun you can have with one hand..

..gaming-wise I mean? I'm relegated to holding an infant during a fair amount of my gaming time. With my first kid, I generally limited myself to turn-based strategy games (Heroes series). With WoW, there wasn't much I could do except fish and even that was awkward (finding new sites).
So, last night I was ecstatic to realize that space combat missions can be comfortably done with only one free hand. Yes, it conjured up the bizarre image of a Sith Inquisitor flying his Fury into combat vs. the Republic with one hand on the controls and one hand holding a baby (kidnapped Force-sensitive future apprentice?), but it was fun nonetheless.
Any other one-handed gaming options that I haven't thought of?

Actually all of Swtor
is pretty well one hand-able (if you don't plan on talking to anyone). As long as you don't mind clicking your way through the combat. Left+Right click will make you run... with a gaming mouse (ala razor naga), you can even bind the numberpad and be very efficient at one handing it. I typically keep playing one handed while I eat, or when I'm filling up my milk jug (pee breaks arent allowed to interfere with game time).

I almost hooked up my old gaming mouse for this purpose, but I still don't like to fight mobs one-handed though. I have been practicing moving around one-handed.
