It's an app (coming out soon for Apple, available now for Android) that allows you to connect to your game client remotely and send your companions out on crew skill missions.  There's already programs you can sort of do this with, but they try to give you a real-time stream of your entire desktop and can be a pain in the ass to use on dodgy connections.  From what I've heard, this one is much smoother.  Will probably try it out at some point and let you all know how I like it.
