switching fenzyheart to oracles (or vice versa)

Sorry, but I totally forgot who I was talking to last night about this.  But I finally found the piece I was missing - I was killing the guy too fast (easy 1 shot at level 85). 

You need to very carfully bring him down below 35%, then he'll free both the ice blocked guys around him - kill the one you don't want to gain faction with, then kill Artruis.  It's way too easy to kill Artruis before he does free the NPC's which are frozen at his side. If that happens, wait for respawn and redo the attack.  If you kill Artruis when he's over 35% health, you can switch side but you can't get the followup quest "return of the Lich hunter" (Which opens the Frenzyheart dailes) - that will effectively dead end you and you'll have to kill him over again.
