I think we lost some people when we went after Darnassus, at this time city raiding is annoying at best. We kept losing people at different locations within the city and it was pretty hard to regroup afterwards. Maybe city raiding will become viable again near the end of Cata, but with bosses having 103 million hitpoints and guards constantly firing arrows at you I think we might want to pass at this for the time being. That being said though it was rather fun pillaging the rest of Darnassus while in a inebriated haze :)
Since Bliz limits us to 5 man only premades for most BGs, it has become a vexing task to try and get 3 groups of 5 into the same BG. For future Drunken PvP's we might consider doing rated BG's as long as everyone knows not to get overly serious about it (because you know it is Drunken PvP). Setting up a few 5 man arena teams is something we might also try (if people don't mind being separated). Non-city PvP is always good as well, our little side trip into Goldshire was short but fun.
More over I really want to stress that Drunken PvP is just that, we have fun without trying to get too serious about PvP. Everyone is welcome of course, but I think sometimes the people who stay sober get frusterated over people who are inoxicated. I just want everyone to let loose and have a good time, whether there is booze involved or not :)
We defintely need some tunes though, if someone has 2 sounds cards who wants to volunteer to be the DJ and or if Tranq can repost the program you need to help put tunes through Mumble this would be appreciated.

I was gonna set up the music client for last night, but didn't want to delay everything while I restarted my computer, since it's slow to boot. Windows 7 refuses to allow unsigned drivers, so in order for the internal setup to work, y'need to turn on diagnostic mode, which is a pain.

While I agree that taking on city bosses isn't possible at the moment, I definitely had fun running amok through the capital cities and just killing guards and npcs. Wouldn't mind doing that again for a laugh.
Something we might consider in the future is splitting into 2 teams and using the new pvp challenge system (where you challenge another team to a battleground-style fight) to fight one another. I didn't think about it last night because, well... I was pretty hammered.

I lvoe this idea mal! It would allow most evertyone to participate and give a chance for us to queue easily... There is always so much confusion trying to get multiple groups into the same BG and i hate when people get left out.
Also sorry i bailed early- I needed arena points and heyt hopped on so i seized the opportunity- perhaps another city raid in the future so i can tag along??

And yes the regular BG que system stinks when we have 15 people wanting to attend, I would be more than willing to try to the challenge system like Mal suggested (along with any other ideas as well).
I wouldn't mind setting up 2 5 man arena (or 3 for that matter) to try it out. Especially if there is the chance that we can go against each other :)

I thought that 'War Game' feature was to do BG skirmish matches against other guilds on the server...can you do it within the same guild and arenas too? If so that'd be pretty cool.

According to this you can challange any other group. The only restricition is that the size of the groups determines what possible maps you get (no 40 vs. 40 on WSG, for example).
