Server Blacklist: Exist

Hey there, good folks of Natural Order. I apologize if this post is in any way inappropriate, but my guild, From the Ashes, had an unfortunate occurance during our raid this evening, and I have a lot of respect for your guild and the people in it, so I really wanted to give you guys a heads up. I've also had dealings with Ikuri about a former guild member of ours that applied here, so I'm hoping my word will hold some weight.

We recently invited a friend of a guildie to our guild, the names of his toons are: Exist, Yiffypupjr, and Fluffyjackal. He joined our guild 3 days ago, after server transferring from Cho'gall. He said that he transferred because everyone on Cho'gall was elitist and he was never allowed to raid. Our policy is generally that we would rather have good people than good players, so we wouldn't have a problem with him raiding with us.

We had a run of Karazhan on Thursday night that Exist was in on. He admitted to not knowing where he was going, yet he consistently ran off away from the group, pulling 2 bosses and ended up locking level 70 toons out of loot because the group was too spread apart. This was also after being told several times to keep with the group. I'm throwing this in here because it is what raised flags for us. We were worried he would have issues being a team player and following instructions.

We had a chat with him before our raid tonight. He was very apologetic, and our GM Feanorion was diplomatic and understanding. First offense, we were all prepared to let it go as long as it didn't happen again.

So as we were forming our raid group this evening, we were trying to decide who to bring with us. Our policy in our guild is that you must undergo a rather indepth gear-check with an officer before you are allowed to raid current content. We had 10 people online that were cleared for Firelands, and Exist, being new, was not yet cleared. So naturally, we did not bring him to raid with us. Exist then logged off.

During our raid, we had someone pop into our vent server, saying that our vent info was just posted on 4chan /b/ and we were about to get flooded. We headed into our private channel, but the lobby and other channels got filled with random people, and you can imagine the things they were saying. Our raid was put on hold for a good while, and we had to take down the server and put in a new password.

I myself searched for and found the post on 4chan giving our vent info, along with a post saying 'They didn't let me in the run'. Exist was also on Skype with our guildie he was friends with and admitted that he was the one who posted the info. We've kicked his toons from our guild, and we're doing our best to spread this info around because we do not want other guilds that we like and respect to have to go through anything similar.

Again, I'm really sorry if this is inappropriate, I'm not the type to call people out like this. Given your application process, he might not even get into your guild if he tried, but I wanted to make sure he wouldn't be able to. I know he wants to raid, so I figured this would be one of the guilds he would try. In any case, please delete this post if this isn't the kind of thing you want here.

Please do not let this player into your guild, and if you guys could spread around this info, I would appreciate it. I don't want to see good people on this server having to deal with volatile players like this.
