Rogue Rupture Energy Bug?

Ok, I'm in an AV right now (yes I'm alt tabbed...waiting on towers) and supposedly a rogue is preaching this bug, that works, I've used it....
Kill an enemy with Rupture on and gain anywhere between 200-400 energy...wtf? I looked in Combat Log and I gained 439 energy from something called Venemous Vin....anyone? Bueler? Bueler?

It's part of Assassination's Venomous Wounds talent. When you get someone that has Rupture on them, you regain a portion of energy based on how long the rupture has left.
But...
I'm sub with only 3 points in Ass.

It's a glitch. Abuse it while you can.
Yeah, this is a glitch...
For one, it's assuming that everyone has Venomous Wounds, and for another, it's regenerating a lot more (in some cases) than it should. I've spotted it on my rogue a lot; it's kinda inconsistent, but there.
I've had it happen a couple of times
Randomly I'll just gain 60 energy. It's a glitch and will probably get fixed eventually.
I'm pissed the fixed the level 50 energy elixir bug so fast :<

They fixed that elixir? Damn it, I was going to ask you which one it was next time I saw you XD
