Ret Paladin - Looking for Spec

Could an experienced Ret pally post their RET-Spec?
I have seen that we have a ton of tanks and healers right now. So I am thinking that if I want to raid a bit i should get my Ret gear put together and replace all those Ret blues cluttering up my bank.
I haven't played a ret spec since around level 30 so I really don't know what a good build at 80 looks like. If someone could point me in the right direction i would appriciate it!

I need to sleep now, but will check in tomorrow--oh and go get t9. Four pieces of it. The set bonus is lovely. When you have enough frost badges, get the cloak, then the libram. Use the agility meta, it's less annoying. Gem for strength until you can't stand it anymore. There's a good faceroll-type addon ielinye turned me on to--clcret I think it is.

This is exactly the type of advice I was looking for.
For weapons, I hear there is a 2-hand ax from PoS that is the best pre-ICC weapon for us? Right now I have Orca-Hunters' Harpoon as a place holder (yeah, I know, hunter/Druid stat stick).
If you have any other advice, or a link to a good forum post else where with advice for ret-pallies just starting out in raids I would appriciate it. Things like rotation/skills to use, ones to not bother with, etc.
P.S: Complete brain dump on my part to not go check the armory.

Yeah that's a good axe
That's the axe I'm using in Mel's ret set, it drops off Tyrannus.
Rotation--especially on trash, but hit Holy Wrath whenever it's off cooldown. Ret doesn't really have a rotation per se, exorcism isn't instant all the time anymore, so don't hit it until you get going. Crusader Strike is a good opener, Judge, Divine Storm--whenever one of those three are up, hit em. Hammer of Wrath only works when the mob is under 20 percent, but you know this from being prot.
Remember you have a delicious array of stuns to choose from. Not just Holy Wrath, but Repentance and Hammer of --something--Justice maybe? In places like HoR that can really help things go more smoothly.
I have to think about websites, forums etc. I tend to focus on whatever I'm obsessed with and right now it is prot warrior tanking and arms warrior dps. I'm not gonna point you to Elitist Jerks. I know they have a ret thread, but they're likely arguing over late end-game stuff, which isn't what you want.

basically, apparently my spec is the EJ raid spec (quite honestly, i love it)
other notes, yes, the axe from PoS is apparently pretty good, i don't know cause i never used it. other than that, don't go out of your way for armor pen or haste (haste is pointless till 2pc t10).
and i suggested this to mel and i am now going to suggest this to everyone, GET THE CLCRET ADDON. it is the BEST EVER to learn your rotation and fine tune your dps. if you need help using it, ask.
as far as frost badge order for getting gear, definitely what mel said. cloak - libram - then save for 2pc t10
that's all i can think of atm but i will probably think of something else later
edit: also, seal of command is for trash. seal of corruption is for bosses. i don't give a shit what anyone tells you, that's how it is.
Macros
Looked at CLCRET and it looks nice, going to install and play with it tonight.

Do you guys have any that you use and find particularly useful?

the only macros I use as ret are raid warnings, lol. Vuhdo will use my trinkets if they're up and have a use ability. I do kind of like the seal swap one. I also am famous for leaving crusader on.
And get that clcret addon. It also works in prot for a nice 969 rotation.
MEH macros -.-
castsequence macros are crap. the startattack macros are pretty good tho because you will find yourself spamming something on cd trying to start attacking, which doesn't happen. which means you're not using your chances for your t10 2pc to proc. lol
basically, macros are kinda moot for ret in general. even tho, if you're really brave and can pay a lot of attention and don't care too much about your GCD, you can try the awesome mouseover HoW macro. that one is kinda fun but overall, its not really effectively awesome for dps.
also, i do need to note. a lovely addon for pallies that i think everyone should consider if you don't use healbot or something similar is clique. its probably one of my fave addons, nice to be able to right click a name plate to cleanse :D
