In game the people who did this are no different than any other; one gets no achievement, title, or any other such a thing.
They give a title out now AND a pet for people who have the patience to PuG. The people who cat herd, explain fights, and more often and not distribute loot don't get nothing which has been fine for those who stand up and do it for some time now.
Here is a chance though to show others within our guild that hey these people go out of out way to organize and get the raid going. If its just a digital icon next to ones name I think is a small thanks for people who go out and do this.

It's supposed to be a thankless job so everyone can bitch about doing it. If you get a badge, you can't bitch as loudly.
