NO's progression, sobriety up.....

And I feel at least one of those is due to my absence. This is an involuntary act, but my schedule this semester demands it: lacrosse 2x week, then grad classes on Wed. and Thurs. from 7-10 pm really cuts into wow. I still will try and remain active as possible, but evenings are just really shitty right now.
