They're actually in a submenu of Guild Hall, which you won't see unless you go to said Guild Hall, which is the page with the Status tracker, who's online, recent posts, etc.
The guild hall buttons and all the ones under it weren't showing up unless I went to a forum topic first. It seems to be fixed now, so either Tal fixed it already or the forum gnomes were playing a prank.
