Jedi Guardian??

I've leveled a Sith Warrior right now lvl 40. I was wondering how the Guardian was in the dps department? I'd rather not go tank spec but like the idea of using the better grade of armor.
Not sure if any of you have gone this route,let me know if you know the differences. Is the trade off from dual sabers for better armor worth it?

Tank spec'ed, not a lot of
Tank spec'ed, not a lot of complaints. I can pull aggro off anything so far so I must be doing okay dps wise.
The general consensus is that Jedi Guardian is viable for dps although some complain about not having a good way to dump aggro. Plus you can off tank in a pinch and don't die so easily. As I said I'm a tank and in some recent PvP matches when I've had a healer on me I've weathered attacks from 5+ players at once. From my experience Guardian is pretty damn tough. I'm sure I could give up some of it for a dps boost if I felt I really needed it.

This is only what I've heard so don't quote me
But apparently Guardian dps comes in quite handy in raids because they have a sunder armor type debuff.
They're also probably the most mobile melee dps class.
