Natural Order Introduction

Tell us about your character(s)....

1. What is your primary character's name/class/level?

My primary's charecter is Thack, Hunter, level 80.

2. If you are interested in raiding with us, are you willing to build a secondary set on this character, and respec as necessary (generally to dps) if the raid needs it, without bitching excessively?

Well, I am quite the raid healer, but if you guys need me to respec and dps, I suppose I could give it a whirl.  Seriously though, I am currently Survival, the other spec and be whatever will help the guild the most.

3. What alts do you have that you also wish to join the guild?

Currently none.  I transferred from another server a week or so ago, and am just looking to set up shop in this neck of the woods.

Tell us about your gaming history...

4. What previous and current MMO's have you/do you play?

I started playing WoW on day one, Durotan, Alliance... I know, please forgive me.  Since then, I dabbled at LotR for a bit, but meh... just wasn't for me. 

5. Describe what makes a good gamer, and then on a scale of 1 to 10 tell us how good a gamer are you, and why?

I suppose a willingness to help those around them, keep bitching to a minimum, and try your best.  As for me, I would say 9 honestly.  No one is perfect and we all have off days, but once you tell me what to do, I am pretty good at following orders, and I carry a lot of Fish Feasts and Drums.  Hunters are notoriously stingy about buffing other people.  I am trying to break that stereotype.

6. Have you been in any other guilds, specifically in WoW and on Farstriders? How bout in other games or on other servers? Which? Why did you, or why are you leaving them?

Back on Durotan, I was Thrack... I miss the name, and I was in Guildless Hunter.  A guild of my own making because I wanted more bank storage and less guild invites.  It was quite sucessful on those reguards.  Other than that, never really been in a raiding guild per se. 

7. What do you like to do in WoW (world pvp, instances, etc)? What about other games?

I really enjoy running Dungeons and seeing new content.  I also have a slight addiction to getting achievements, and enjoy farming old world rep and patterns.  I didnt stick around in LotR long enough to find out.

8. How did you hear about Natural Order? Do you have anyone already inside who could reference you in a good or bad way? (Who?)

My real life friend is already in your guild under the guise of Kibito.  He recommended that I apply, and I have done a few runs with Joxmu and Tirren as well.  So far, all the people I have met seem pretty decent folk.

9. Have you read all the posts in the About Natural Order section of the forum?

I hadn't read it all till I got to this question... 45 minutes ago.  As for now... yes, yes I have. 

10. What are your expectations? What do you think you will gain from joining Natural Order? What would make you happy that you joined us?

I look forward to have new people to talk to, seeing new raids (and old forf that matter) that I have never been too, and just generally enjoying a game I like to play.  Its a MM... kinda need multi for that, don't ya?

11. What do you think you can bring to the guild? Why are we going to be happy you joined us?

I am a quick learner, and fairly adept at doing my job.  Dps isn't the hardest job ever, but I have taken the time to learn a good shot rotation, and I would like ot see it put to a good use. 

12. If you are interested in 25 man raiding with us, what are your available nights and times for 25 man raids?

I have no idea... I have an unorthodox job, and as such don't know what nights I can raid terribly far in advance, but If I know that there is something happening, I can do my best to schedule off.  If I can't get off for that night, I just won't sign up to raid then.

13. Do you meet our age requirement (18 and over)? How old are you, if you don't mind us asking?

I do, and I am 34.  There isn't an upper limit right?

14. If we had a party in real life, what would you bring?

I make a mean Snickerdoodle, and pretty much like to bake anything in general. 

15. Do you know what parachute pants are?

Aye, that I do, but I am one of the fortunate ones who has never actually owned a pair.  If it is a requirement to join, I suppose I could be convinced.

16. If the answer to 12 is yes, did you ever own any?

I think this is suppose to say "if the answer to 15 is yes...", but no, I have not owned any 25 man raiding guilds.

17. If the answer to 13 is yes, do you still own them?

See above, and no, I own no 34 year olds either.  I am prety sure that is illegal in Maryland.

18. If the answer to 14 is yes, dear god why?

Thankfully, it was a no... I would suggest a quick proof rear of your application.  Granted, this version could help us catch some notorious fellows who traffic in flesh, and you could be doing the world a great service.  Second thought, leave it the way it is.

20. Are you married? If so does your spouse play games too?

That would be a no, but if you know someone who is interested, I am looking. 

21. Do you have kids? What ages?

My ex and a daughter that I helped raise.  She is almost 7, but lives and CA now, and I miss her every day.

22. What activities or hobbies do you have other than gaming?

Gaming in general... because I do board/video/table top/LARP, and other things gaming related as well.  I also enjoy movies, a nice rain storm, and have recently joined a gym.  That right ladies from question 20, Single, loves kids, and I am working out.  Call me.

23. Tell us something cool that happened to you recently in real life. If cool things don't happen to you make something up. (hint - think of this as more of an essay...try and tell a story here, preferably something that actually happened to you)

Well, lets tell you the tale of my ex Heather.  9 months ago I hear tale that she is tired of her husband, and thinking she needs to be alone for a while.  I contact her and help her thru some of the rough times, no, not like that, this story is just cool, not a letter to penthouse.  She is one of the first ex's that I have spent any time with that I really was able to connect with again, and in a way that was far superior to what we had 14 years ago.  She has been a most excellent friend these past few months, and I must say, she is rather easy on the eyes, but seriously.  Reconnecting with a long lost love, and discovering there was a hell of a lot more there than you knew before is quite incredible.  I recommend you all give it a shot.

24. Pretend there is someone in the guild that you must eliminate. You want to join the guild, but this person will prevent your application from being accepted. What methods have you selected to dispose of them before they can affect your application? If you don't know anyone, pretend you do, and describe how you'd eliminate them. This question is not optional. Do your worst.

Kibito... This would be a delicate situation seeing as how he, in real life that is, is an android.  I suppose this makes it both easier and more difficult all at the same time.  Easier because since he has no real soul, I should feel no remorse over ending his spark and shutting him down for all time.  Also, he probably has an on/off switch which could make it a quite simple matter indeed.  On the other hand, he has super human strength and speed, and in almost invulnerable to pain.  I suppose I would have to start with "His Uncle".  He built him after all, and should have some knowledge of how to destroy him.  Now, since his people love school girls, and white ones to boot, trust me, I have seen Kib around some school girls and have no reason to doubt his "Uncle" would be any different, I would need to hire a few "schoolgirls" to get him on my side.  After he has had his fill of both booze and flesh, it should be a simple matter of coercing the bluprints away from him, and then I can start my trap. 

I would have to line atleast one entire room of my house with copper wires, in the drywall obivously, I can't have him seeing them, to create a Faraday's cage so he can not remotely access the internet and send a message for help.  Once I have him isolated, we would start playing Rock Band, (He playes a wicked expert guitar).  After about 5 or 6 songs as I make my way to the fridge for a diet coke, I will accidently trip, and if my timing and aim is true, I should be able to shut him down once and for all.  If not, then there will not be enough of me left to reassemble and he destroys me in a cold and methodical metal rage.

25. If you half-assed this application, and didn't even attempt to give us more than a sentence on a single question, why the hell should we still accept this application?

You shouldn't, I wouldn't let me in had I done that, and you should atleast hold me to my own standards if not yours.

-2.  There is actualy been a scale like th is made amoung my friends.  Kib and I are at oppisite ends of the spectrum.  I would not be surprised to see if he answered 12.

b) and no, I did not use a calculator.  a) 10.45 x 47 was about 497 or so, and c) 12.34 x 47 is about 580.

I have no idea what that is.  Let me ask Google real quick.... ahh, it would be so the male sea squishies can do the the nasty with the female sea squishies... or I suppose other male sea squishies.  I remembered that we don't judge based on those things.  I don't want to get kicked for harrasment.
