Tell us about your gaming history...

3. What previous and current MMO's have you/do you play?

WoW was my 2nd MMO. I first played Lineage 2 but I had many friends that played WoW and they convinced me to jump over to WoW and give it a try. This was about 5 years ago. I have been playing WoW as my primary MMO since that time. I have suspended my account as of about 2 months ago as I was just burned out on raiding and wanted a break. While WoW was my main game, I did take time to play others such as LotRO and many others, both P2P and Free (item shop) type MMO games. I enjoy other Non-MMO games such as Civilization, Fallout and Diablo.

4. Describe what makes a good gamer, in your opinion:

Non-Fanatic. Once someone goes fanatic about anything, the drama starts. If everthing else is going well, drama will still suck the life out of you. Moderation is key. Play at least enough that the other members of the guild know your style of play and group with others enough that they know they can (or can't) count on you. Know that this is a game and the point is to have fun. This means being a team player. Personally, I prefer to group as much as I can as this makes the game much more entertaining.

5. On a scale of 1 to 10 tell us how good a gamer are you, and why?

This depends on what your definition of a good gamer is. By my definition, I would, of course, be a 10. Based on past experience, I think most people would rate me more around a 7 or 8. I am a solid, dependable, player but I am not a number cruncherand will not always itemize my gear for top performance. I am capable but not a top player.

6. Have you been in any other guilds, specifically in WoW and on Farstriders? How about in other games or on other servers? Which? Why did you, or why are you leaving them?

When I first started in WoW, I played with Static Alliance which was a top raiding guild on Blackhand. When BC came out, it folded and I joined Nostromo which was where most of my RL friends were playing after Static collapsed. When most of my RL friends stopped playing and Nostromo collapsed, I moved around a bit and joined a couple of new guilds and helped them level up and get started raiding. When Cata came out, I joined a casual raiding guild called Taco Sombrero. We were 3 of 7 on normal with the new fire lands dungeon when I bowed out.

7. What do you like to do with your time in WoW?

I prefer to group. Once you reach lvl 85, this means 5 man dungeons or raiding. I don't much enjoy farming but I do enough to keep myself in potions/flasks and such. A bit of PvP but none of this was organized.

11. What are your expectations? What do you think you will gain from joining Natural Order, and why are you applying?

Playing an MMO by yourself is just not that much fun. The fun part of playing an MMO is when you are playing with a group of people. From the posts I have read about Natural Order, I would expect that this is a casual guild that doesn't take itself too seriously but at the same time, has enough maturity and organization that end game content is possible.

12. What do you think you can bring to the guild? Why are we going to be happy you joined us?

I would bring a solid, dependable, drama free casual player that likes to group and talk with other players.

13. If you are interested in 25 man raiding with us, what are your available nights and times for 25 man raids?

Not in WoW. In SWTOR, I am not exactly sure how this will look. I would be available for 1 or 2 nights of raiding a week max.

14. If you are interested in raiding with us, are you willing to build a secondary set on this character, and respec as necessary (generally to dps) if the raid needs it, without bitching excessively?

I am generally the designated driver as I do not drink. This is not a religious thing and I do not care if others drink. When I was in the military I drank plenty in order to be sociable. However, I was never much into the taste of alcohol.

She does not play online games. She is generally very understanding and is ok with me taking 1 or 2 nights a week where I spend a lot of time playing. My wife works on a fire department and works a 24 hour shift about 10 days a month. I usually play quite a bit on these days :)

Yes. 10 (almost 11) year old boy

26. What activities or hobbies do you have other than gaming?

Gardening. I have a garden that takes up most of my small back yard and I also participate in a community garden
