I know they might sound weird, but I made these last night and they were so OMGNOMNOMNOMYUMMY that I decided to share.

It's pretty simple. You'll need:

avocados

olive oil

lime juice or fresh limes

cilantro (optional)

salt (optional)

salsa

sour cream

a grill

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed. Brush it on the inside with olive oil and lime juice. Then set it flesh-side down on the grill for about 7 minutes. Remove it from the grill and fill the hole left by the seed with salsa, topped with a dollop of sour cream. Salt and season with cilantro if desired, maybe a little extra lime juice. Then grab a spoon or some tortilla chips and scoop it out. :)

Enjoy!

easy way to remove the seed.

whatever knife you use to cut it in half, whack the seed with it so it's slightly embedded in the seed. Rotate the knife and seed and simply lift both out of the avacado.

Sounds pretty tasty, Ikuri. =)
