Starting EP / Minimum EP : 1,000

Starting GP : 100

Starting PR : 10

Weekly Decay : 20%

New Raiders start at 100 EP.

EP Awards :

(Intended for Guild Runs of 20+ Members for 25 mans, or 8+ members for 10 mans)

AS of Patch 3.3 Current Tier = Icecrown, Previous Tier = ToC. Ulduar recieves no EP, and no GP cost for gear, other than Firefighter or Algalon.

Recurring EP while raiding: 25 points / 15 minutes
(Recurring EP gained by both those in the raid, and those who signed up, but were unable to get a spot in the raid. They must remain online to continue recieving the EP, and remain in the raid. They can log out and remain in the raid, and be on an alt, and their main can recieve points, but they cannot leave the raid. Also they must be able to step in at a moments notice. Logging out or not stepping in, forfeits the EP. Showing up late garners no recurring EP for being on standby.)

EP Per Boss Kill:

Current Tier (10 man): 150 EP
Current Tier (25 man): 300 EP

Previous Tier (10): 75 EP
Previous Tier (25): 150 EP

EP Per Boss Wipe:
(Maximum Boss EP cannot be exceeded)

Current Tier (10): 50 EP
Current Tier (25): 100 EP

Previous Tier (10): 25 EP
Previous Tier (25): 50 EP

Guild Progression:

*Algalon in Ulduar, as well as Firefighter count towards previous tier guild progression as of 3.3

For reference on Hard Mode Achievments. If a raid has enough members in the raid to garner one of the achievments not yet listed in our guild progress, then it counds as a 'hard mode' achivement. If the achievment isn't recorded as a new guild achivement after the guild is updated it does not count as a bonus. If you have 8 of 10, or 20 of 25 natural order members in the raid it should however count. If you don't remember to remind the master looter at the time of the kill for these rewards though, then you don't get them. Only if you remember to have them rewarded will they get rewarded.
