Moo I know you are on wireless like I am. And perhaps that's what's caused a lot of our issues of late. I was reading about it and read this interesting tidbit:

When we performed maintenance the day we released 4.0.6 we made a couple modifications to our instance (BG/arena/dungeon/raid) servers. One of these changes had the effect of lowering latency for a very high percentage of our users... around 99% or so. The numbers were pretty staggering, to be honest. IDK if this is included in 4.1 but that could help a lot of people on "real high speed internet".

So they turned that off. Why I'm still having problems with add heavy fights (magmaw but not alkir) IDK still working on that. If the tech support forum is any indication, I'm far from alone.
