Ok i am trying to change my avatar... i went and tried to delete current picture and it did until i refreshed then it was back. The new pic is 50x48 pixels and 8.68 kb. i chose my folder for the picture and hit ok.. it said changes saved yet my new picture isnt there and the old one comes back...

ok i am too impatient for this lol.. i deleted the current picture, logged out, logged in and got the noob pic, uploaded the picture again and it went back to my old one..

It's site cacheing....
Ok look, if you change your avatar it's not going to happen immediately because I have the site caching on the server. It'll update every so often. I do this to increase the performance of the site. it's sometimes a little inconsitent but if you change your avatar it WILL change it just takes a little time.

When I changed mine, it took a while to update too. Just be patient Oph - it'll change. :)

During the prolonged maintenance, I dediced to work on my " profile " ...I downloaded paint.net to help change a few pictures so I could upload them onto this website as my avatar. My specs for the picture were well under the required minimum. I did this around 3pm this afternoon and I checked the website at 1am in the morning. I looked at the thread I posted on the warlock forumn and the picture was still " noob ". I guess, and probably righty so, that I still meet the 'noob' requirements as the avatar hasnt changed. Hopefully in the next few days, someone will take pity on me and walk me thru the process via Mumble.
