The wackiest one by far was Arnold, with that being said....WTF!?!? I guess it's safe to say, to understand one's T.V commercials, one must first understand ones culture...but why is it that Japanese take stars obviously associated with American culture to use in their commercials?
for a long time it was like a badge of shame for a big named star to be in a American commercial, but it was ok for them to do Japanese commercials. Lately though one is starting to see more stars in commercials over here.

is so funky compared to American TV, I'd love to know why they make it so over the top and BOOM in your face....maybe they know something about advertising we don't...hmmm...either way I still get scared watching Japanese TV.
