I'm gonna attempt to buy
Siopao convinced me.
I'm gonna try and buy 5 tickets (the max per household) and then sell 4 of them on ebay. If I can sell them for 500 each, and the cost me 150 each, that's 350 profit per, or $1300. Enough to fly me out, pay for my trip and ticket itself.
Of course about 6 million other people are going to be attempting the same thing and they'll sell out in seconds so it'll be pure luck. I'm gonna try though.

My birthday is on the 12th... and that'd make an awfully nice b-day present... *drops hint like a 2 ton weight* :D

she cut her teeth on a PvP server..
it'll be like Tarren Mill all over again...
i just need to look at some designs for Belf Plate...cause i can make it, i love Fiberglass...and body work is a piece of cake, that and she's as skinny as a Belf.

Chances are I won't be able to even get through the internet static much less complete a purchase for five of them, but I'm gonna try.
Attempt 1 rebuffed
I got in line within a minute of it being available. I was 10000th or so in line, and based on the rate it was going, they were going to give tickes to the first 4000 or so. I dropped line to go to my other obligation. I'll try again on Saturday.
Success
I tightened up my game a bit, and got in line within 10 seconds of the tickets being available. I was about 2400th in line. I got to the front of the line with 50% of the tickets remaining. I bought tickets for myself and my sister, Sacelerene.
No Blizzcon for me
First night we had a power outage for 5 hours so no tickets. Second batch I was also embroiled in children issues, and by the time I got clear it was too late. Maybe next year.
