The blade rush fix seems appropriate - let players see the mechanic they're supposed to be avoiding. 

But what's up with changing the eyes?  Please don't tell me they're trying to make the trash easier?  I thought was actually a great mechanic - and a fore-bearer to learning how to group up and aoe the eyes on one of the bosses.

They changed the trash from dogs to eyes when the eye boss came in.  I think it is more to go with the new boss, they just never went in at patch.

     Shaman    - Increased CD

     Shaman

   - Increased CD of Reincarnate by FOREVER

   - Reduced damage of everything by 99.9001%

   - Changed effect of Shaman heals: All of Shaman heals now damage allies and self, and heal enemies by 500%

   - Spirit Wolves now aggro every mob in the dungeon or raid and bring them back to the group.

   - Increased Shaman latency by 7,000,000%

   - Dying now bans your account, and any future account attached to your IP, email, and debit card.

 

ITS COMING, IM JUST WAITNG FOR IT. JUST PUTTING THIS OUT HERE SO I CAN SAY "I TOLD YOU SO"

Classes: General

    Vengeance is no longer triggered by receiving damage from other players.

Druids

    The Tier 13 Balance Druid 4-piece bonus now also increases the damage of Starsurge by 10%, in addition to its current effect.

Hunters

    Aspect of the Hawk now grants roughly 35% more attack power.
    Deterrence now also reduces damage taken by 30% while active.
    Black Arrow now ticks every 2 seconds for 20 seconds, as opposed to every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. The total damage dealt by the ability is unchanged.
    Lock and Load no longer benefits Arcane Shot, nor is it consumed by Arcane Shot.

Mages

    Fireball damage has been reduced by roughly 6%.
    Pyroblast damage has been reduced by roughly 6%.

Paladins

    Holy Radiance now costs 40% of base mana, up from 35%.

Priests

    Mass Dispel should again prefer dispelling targets that have magic effects that can be dispelled.

Rogues

    Adrenaline Rush no longer triggers a global cooldown.

Dungeons & Raids

    You can now form same-faction raids with Real ID friends, allowing you to enter Raid Finder in groups larger than 5, run older normal or heroic raids, or participate in Battlegrounds. You will not yet be able to run normal or heroic Dragon Soul with cross-realm raids of Real ID friends.
    Several typo fixes and clarified descriptions have been added to the Dungeon Journal entries for Dragon Soul.
    Players can no longer win multiple copies of the same item on a single Raid Finder boss kill. For example, a player who chooses Need on two set piece tokens or two weapons and wins the first, will not be eligible for the second on that particular boss.

Items

    Vial of Shadows damage (Lightning Strike) has been reduced to approximately one-third of previous damage. However, it will now trigger approximately 3 times as often. This is intended to keep overall DPS the same while reducing burst damage, especially in PvP.

The Vengeance nerf means there's no point in tank PvP anymore.

Lots of CC and unkillability. Warriors for example get Charge, Intercept, Shockwave, Concussion Blow, Pummel, Heroic Throw, and Intimidating Shout. None of which are on shared cooldowns, just the diminishing returns setup.

Durability doesn't matter...

... when you aren't a real threat. With the exception of Shockwave and Concussion Blow, Arms warriors have all those, AND the ability to become un-CCable AND damage dealing ability.

EH - durability is great for

EH - durability is great for the capture the flag stuff, keeping more people on the flag, or defending bases - not so much for areana though. 

Goodbye PvP prot

Ya the Vengeance nerf already pisses me off, my pvp prot is done now and i just wasted all this time finishing it, and not a fan of arms, its good I just cant play it in PvP for some reason. Back to fury PvP for me.
