Raiding

We were a little light tonight, but managed to put together 2 10mans. My group ran progression, while the other group alted up a bit and did a gearing run. We got off to a bit of a rocky start (and I was being a cranky bitch throughout the raid), but my group ended up downing Sindragosa, clearing Blood Wing, and taking a couple of pokes at Lich King. So I've got two LK lockouts now for us.

The second group was on Plague Wing when I logged, getting ready to poke at Festergut and Rotface and having a blast in the process. So, my bad mood notwithstanding, it was a really good raid night all around. :)

Thanks for putting everything together ikuri. My light hearted and jovial attitude wasnt ment as any kind of disrespect tonight but as a means to attempt to lighten the raid and your mood. I think everyone had a great time and im sorry if it was more of a trying ordeal for you because of the day you were having.

You and Pox (Whompum) did fine! I would have prefered to bring my DK Tank so you can do your "uber" dps, but again I'm trying to save him for the Sunday ICC 10 Gearing Runs. But grats and thanks to everyone for a good night.

Just curious, next week are we going to have one group start doing LK (well, obviously) while the other continues to beat on Sindragosa? I think the Sindy 10 man is Sams lock out if I'm not mistaken, then it's LK after that. So within a week I'd say we're going to have 3 seperate raids (One 25 and two 10s) on The Lich King...just awesome.

Anyway, today's my last day at my summer job, so I'll be there on Tuesday to poke LK with something sharp in his butt.

I'm sorry that Sam and I couldn't make it. It was the first day of our "vacation" and we were driving down to Southern California to stay with friends for a week. We have our PCs with us, and as such should make Tuesday, but we were still on the road last night at raid time.

No problems on the boss fights. We wiped a couple times on gunship heroic until we switched back to normal, gearing just wasnt quite up to the heroic version. We wiped on trash a couple times due to lack of rogue and unfortunate trap springing b4 marrowgar combined with noob tanking on the puppies. (my fault didnt realize how big of a cone the doggies had and managed to kill the raid). Took 3 tries to get Festergut down but all other bosses including Rotface were 1 shot. DKs were tailor made to tank slimes on Rotface it was so easy an alliance could do it.
